Global Trading Web is an on-line business information exchange platform where you can search or post information to attract potential trade partners. To obtain useful information about products of interest, take the following steps:
- Go to http://trading.bosslink.com/
- Click "Buy" tab
- Click "Search".
The search results will be listed and you can then get contact details by signing in with your Member ID and password. You can send your message(s) by clicking "Send out the message". We also recommend posting your requirements into the Trade Information section within My Bosslink to more effectively attract potential trade partners. If you are not yet a member of Global Trading Web, you are welcome to join us by going to http://trading.bosslink.com/login/login1.asp. |

2. Why can't I find suppliers' email addresses? |

We do not display our members' email addresses on the site. This minimizes the risk of members receiving spam or viruses. So, to send your message, simply click "Send out the message " or "Leave Word " and the message will be sent. |

3. How can I make sure my message has been sent successfully? |
|
|
| In the Message Center of My Bosslink you can check the messages you have sent by looking in your "The message I send out " box. |

4. How can I add a picture to my Buying Information? |
|
|
You can add a picture to your buying information by uploading it directly from your computer. Please note:
- All photos should be in JPEG or GIF format
- Each photo should not be larger than 100K in file size

5. Can I include HTML in my Buying Information? |
|

6. When posting a new Buying Information, why doesn't anything happen after I click "Profession"? |
|

If nothing happens after you click "Profession", the most likely cause is that your browser does not support JavaScript. You can solve this problem in the following ways: If you use Netscape, please upgrade to 5.0 or above
If you use Internet Explorer, please enable JavaScript the following way:
- Click "Tools" on the menu bar of your browser
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click "Security"
- In "Security," select "Default" to restore settings, or select "Customize" and set JavaScript to "Enabled."
Once JavaScript is enabled, please proceed with selecting a category

7. Why can't I find the Buying Information I posted? |

Most probably, your information doesn't achieved our standards. You can edit and then re-post it.

8. How can I modify or delete my Buying Information? |
|
|
- Sign-in at My Bosslink.
- Click "Edit product information" in Trade information section
- You will see your Buying Information.
- Click on one of them which you wish to modify or delete.
